Inner Circle Membership Agreement
Manifest University Inner Circle Client Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between Manifest University (“Company”) and the individual purchasing access to the Inner Circle Program (“Member”).
By submitting payment for Inner Circle, Member agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Overview
The Manifest University Inner Circle is a private mentorship and leadership development experience designed for individuals committed to personal, professional, and financial expansion.
Membership includes access to:
- Monthly Inner Circle calls (held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM PST)
• One 90-minute private session with Hazel
• One 90-minute private session with Berké
• Access to the Manifest University member dashboard
• Access to courses, trainings, and call replays
• Access to live events and community experiences
• Participation in accountability pods
• Opportunities for hot seat coaching and office hours
• Two retreats with VIP access during the membership period
Manifest University reserves the right to update or improve program content, structure, and delivery to enhance the member experience.
2. Membership Investment
Membership requires a financial commitment.
Payment may be completed through:
- Full payment
• Deposit plus payment plan (if offered)
All payment obligations must be honored according to the selected payment option.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or removal from the program.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the program and immediate access to intellectual property, community access, and coaching opportunities:
All payments are non-refundable.
Member acknowledges that results depend on individual participation, commitment, and application of the program teachings.
4. Chargeback Policy
Member agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a concern arises, Member agrees to contact Manifest University directly to resolve the matter.
If a chargeback occurs, Manifest University reserves the right to:
- Immediately revoke program access
• Remove the member from the Inner Circle community
• Pursue recovery of unpaid program fees and associated costs.
5. Member Conduct
Members agree to participate respectfully and maintain a supportive environment within the community.
Manifest University reserves the right to remove any member whose behavior disrupts the integrity of the program or community.
Removal does not qualify for a refund.
6. Confidentiality
Members agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding discussions and personal information shared by other members.
Violation of confidentiality may result in removal from the program.
7. Intellectual Property
All program materials, recordings, frameworks, and teachings are the intellectual property of Manifest University.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, or teach these materials without written permission.
8. Disclaimer
Manifest University provides mentorship, education, and personal development training.
The program does not provide financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
Members are responsible for their own decisions and outcomes.
9. Recording and Media
Calls, trainings, and events may be recorded for educational purposes.
Members grant permission for these recordings to be used within the Inner Circle platform.
10. Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy
Member agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank, credit card company, or payment processor.
If a payment concern arises, Member agrees to contact Manifest University directly so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved in good faith.
Because Inner Circle provides immediate access to intellectual property, community access, and coaching opportunities, chargebacks are considered a breach of this Agreement.
If a chargeback is initiated, Manifest University reserves the right to:
- Immediately terminate program access
• Remove the Member from the Inner Circle community
• Pursue recovery of the full program balance and any fees associated with the dispute.
11. Personal Responsibility for Results
Member acknowledges that Manifest University provides education, mentorship, and guidance, but results depend entirely on the Member's participation, decisions, effort, and application.
Manifest University makes no guarantees regarding financial, personal, or professional outcomes.
Member understands that they are fully responsible for their own actions, decisions, and results that occur during or after participation in the program.
12. Right to Modify Program Experience
Manifest University is committed to providing a high-value experience and may update or improve the program structure when appropriate.
This may include adjustments to:
- Call format
• Training content
• Event structure
• Guest experts
• Program delivery
These updates are intended to enhance the experience and do not reduce the overall value of the program.
13. Community Integrity
Inner Circle is a private and confidential environment designed to support deep personal and professional growth.
Members agree not to:
- Record calls without permission
• Share program recordings outside the platform
• Distribute materials to non-members
Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the program.
14. Agreement
By completing payment, Member acknowledges that they have read and agree to this Agreement.
